Billy's death at the hands of Roy Burns
William "Billy" Macauley was a transporter for the Unger Institute of Mental Health who takes some of the patients to Pinehurst Youth Development Center. Billy was a pervert who was attracted to Pam Roberts though she ignores his advances.
Biography[]
Billy is a user of cocaine. Billy went to pick up his girlfriend, Lana Ardsley. While waiting for Lana to change out of her uniform, Billy snorts cocaine and he gets impatient for Lana. He gets out of his car where Roy Burns murders him with an axe to the head.
Trivia[]
In the beta version, the camera did not zoom in on his eyes and his blood dripped down his face. It was censored by the order of the MMPA.
