David is a minor character and is Vicki's boyfriend from Jason Goes to Hell: The Final Friday. In a deleted scene, Josh-Jason sneaks in and murders him after Vicki leaves for work. He does not appear in the final version of the movie.
He is Jason's 98th victim.
