Deputy Dodd is one of Sheriff Cal Tucker's deputies, he brought Tina McCarthy and Eddie Kelso back to Pinehurst Youth Developement Center after Tina and Eddie were caught having sex on the property of Ethel Hubbard.

After the murder of 2 local boys Vinnie Manalo and Pete Linley, Tucker had Dodd and his other deputies search the area for anything they can find on the crime scene. Later on, Dodd is at Sheriff Tucker's office, sleeping while Tucker is being yelled at by Mayor Cobb.
