George Winter was an employee at the Pinehurst Youth Development Center. He was Reggie and Demon's grandfather and presumably Roy Burns' last victim.

George's death at the hands of Roy Burns
George was a caring man and grandfather to his grandsons. Reggie was visiting him when suddenly murders were going on in the area, first Joey Burns, one of the residents at Pinehurst, was killed by Vic Faden and later more murders committed by Roy Burns. George was hesitant to let Reggie see his brother, Demon, because he knows how Demon can be trouble sometimes, but allows it in the end. George is murdered by Roy Burns at an unspecified time, and his eyeless corpse is thrown through the window of the kitchen while Pam Roberts and Reggie were trying to escape from the killer.
