The New York City Sewer is a sewer apart of New York City's sewer system. Every day at midnight, The sewer floods with Toxic Waste. As a result of the toxic waste in New York's Sewers, Jason's mask is permenantly melted onto his face in Jason Goes To Hell: The Final Friday. The Sewer made it's first appearence in Friday the 13th Part VIII: Jason Takes Manhattan.

In their final desparate attempt to escape the wrath of iconic New Jersey mass murderer, Jason Voorhees, Renee Wickham & her boyfriend/fellow classmate, Sean Robertson enter the sewer in a last attempt to evade the killer. Jason, not far behind, follows them in. As Rennie & Sean run down the long, dark, wet and dirty sewer halls, Jason slowly stalks after them and eventually takes a shortcut to cut them and to possibly catch his young victims off guard. As Rennie and Sean continue running down a long sewer pathway, They're surpised by a Sanitation Worker who cuts them off and grows curious as to what two innocent teenagers are doing down in a dangerous polluted sewer. After Sean asks if the nice man could lead him and Rennie out of the sewer to which he agrees to, but they've got not a single ounce of time to waste as the sewer floods with a load of toxic waste every night at midnight. Everything seems going according to plan as Rennie & Sean follow behind the sanitation worker, but things once again quickly go up in smoke when Jason appears from another Sewer Hallway, knocking Sean unconcious before dragging the terrified worker off into the distance and killing him with his own wrench. After slaughtering the innocent hard-working New Yorker, Jason slowly moves in to bash Sean's skull in with the same wrench, but is distracted from doing so when Rennie shines a flashlight on the killer. Rennie then reminds Jason that he didn't kill her in Crystal Lake when she was 13, and that he's not going to kill her now. Jason begins to move in on Rennie with his wrench as she flees from him. Running through the sewer halls, Rennie comes to a brief halt and notices a barrel of toxic waste sitting in the corner. She opens it by smashing her flashlight on it. She surprises Jason from around a corner by splashing his face with a barrel of toxic waste before fleeing back to where she left Sean & the dead sanitation worker. Once she's there, she tries to revive the incapacitated Sean. Once Sean is alive, the pair dash to the exit while a blinded and agonized Jason is right behind them. As Sean struggles to open the manhold, Jason grabs a hold onto Rennie's legs to try and pull her down to kill her. Before Jason could kill her, The midnight sceduled toxic waste comes in and washes the madman away, allowing Rennie and Sean to safely escape the sewer, waste and Jason himself.
