- "Wherever the red dot goes, you bang!"
- ―Richard Cologne
Richard "Rick" Cologne is a Deputy and the tertiary antagonist of Friday the 13th Part VI: Jason Lives. Sheriff Mike Garris and Deputy Rick Cologne didn't believe Tommy Jarvis that Jason Voorhees had come back. After many murders, Megan Garris saves Tommy Jarvis, who in turn places handcuffs on Deputy Rick and locked him in a jail cell. His attempts to free himself were in vain. Ironically, this saved Rick from becoming one of Jason's victims, although he was never seen again after being locked in a jail cell. Following the death of his superior Garris, it is unknown if he took over as sheriff or not considering technically he was his second in command head deputy.
In Friday the 13th: The Game, the Tommy tapes reveal that Cologne moved to Ohio and changed his last name to Pastori, where he was murdered by serial killer Horace Pinker.
- Cologne's death in the game is a reference to the 1989 Wes Craven horror film Shocker, which Vincent Guastaferro, Cologne's actor, appeared in as a police officer named "Pastori".
- Due to being Garris' closest subordinate, it's possible Rick is a high ranking deputy and his full rank could be of that of either Deputy Sergeant or Senior Deputy Sheriff.
