Suzannah Elizabeth "Suzi" Donaldson was a student in Lakeview High School who was supposed to attend the graduation field trip to New York in Friday the 13th Part VIII: Jason Takes Manhattan.
Biography[]
Suzi and her boyfriend Jim Miller were out sailing on Jim's parents boat near the abandoned Camp Crystal Lake site. While they were having sex, Jim throws out the anchor. When he returns to Suzi, Jim tells her the story about Jason Voorhees who drowned in the lake when he was a boy, and his mother, Pamela Voorhees blamed the counselors for her son's death and killed most of them, but she got decapitated by Alice Hardy, and Jason returned to avenge his mother to kill anyone who dared to step into his territory.
While Suzi and Jim were making love, they shook the boat which transferred electricity to the anchor which inadvertently put Jason, following his defeat in Friday the 13th Part VII: The New Blood, back to action. Hearing the noise, Jim went to investigate, and after a long time, he came back wearing a hockey mask and brandishing a fake knife to scare Suzi who angrily tells him off for the joke, but they went back making love. But while Jim and Suzi have sex, Jason climbed onboard the boat and takes Jim's hockey mask and a harpoon gun from the arsenal and used it to shoot at the couple. He killed Jim by impaling him with the harpoon gun and ran after Suzi, and eventually found her hiding in one of the boat's holds and killed her with the harpoon.
Trivia[]
- Suzi is Jason Voorhees' 70th victim.
- She was originally intended to survive by jumping out off the boat and swimming away escaping from Jason.
- In the beta version, the harpoon was shown impaling her for longer. It was shortened by the request of the MPAA.
- Jim and Suzy being murdered with the spear gun was one of the images that Jason projected into Wayne Sanchez's mind while they were in the Hell, along with the deaths Sandra Dier, Jeff Dunsberry and Andy Beltrami, in Friday the 13th: Hell Lake.
