Wayne Webber was a student from Lakeview High School boarding the SS Lazarus in Friday the 13th Part VIII: Jason Takes Manhattan.
Biography
He rejects helping J.J. Jarrett with her guitar audio test in the bowels of the ship in an attempt to impress his crush Tamara Mason. He helps her bribe Charles McCulloch so she can secure a high grade by videotaping him with her in a compromising position. He later discovers J.J.'s corpse and accidentally kills a crew member when he loses his glasses and fires a shotgun at someone he can't see. He uses his video camera to accommodate for his poor eyesight and encounters Jason Voorhees who hurls him into an electrical box like a rag doll, killing him instantly. His corpse later catches on fire and sets the events in motion that cause the ship's sinking. His corpse, along with the corpses of a crew member he accidentally killed, an unnamed male boxer, the deckhand, Eva Watanabe, Tamara Mason, Jim Carlson, Miles Wolfe, John Robertson, and J.J. Jarrett will be on the S.S. Lazarus at the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean forever.
